If you have already completed an Understanding & Developing Matekite 3 day course with Wiremu/Lesley Niania (either online or in person) you have the pre-requisite for the 2025 Intake for the Matanga Mahi Wairua Practitioners Course in Gisborne.

There are ONLY 40 spaces.

There are 4 Modules (3 face-to-face noho-styled module and 1 online (ZOOM + self directed module) per year over three years. (The first noho is the Understanding & Developing Matekite)

This is not taught in tertiary education or universities. You won't access this korero online and it's unlikely you could google this information. This matauranga is usually transmitted face to face through generations over hundreds of years.
