Huringa Te Hinengaro is a 21-day online video course focussing on training the mind to:

• recognise past belief systems and paradigms that have hindered progress in all areas of life
• train specific faculties of the mind to filter out non-beneficial thinking and experiences and filter in ONLY what you want to receive
• recognise where you currently are (snapshot) and where you want to be, what the gap is and how to begin to close it - no matter how big!
• Activate sub conscious strategies to begin transformation virtually over night!

Over 21 days, you will learn about the functions of the mind that are the body guards, how they work, why they work and best of all, HOW to retrain them to work FOR you - while you sleep!

How Huringa te Huringa (HTH) works

You will receive a lifetime access link to the 21-days of videos.  You can watch these as many times as you like, whenever you like and wherever you like and access to ZOOM mentoring by Lesley Niania (Mon, Wed, Fri at 6am - there's a reason it's so early!) over the 21 day period.  (If you are registering from Australia or other international countries, we will run another zoom session at 6am YOUR time as well).  You will also have access to a private Facebook page to join with other like-minded people in the Huringa te Hinengaro community.

If you are ready to be challenged for 21 days (its only 21 days!) you want to get stuck in and DO the homework (yes there is some homework but its reflections, not assignments), if youare wanting to break the cycle of same old same old, if you want to be with people who are doing it WITH you, if you want to have access to a mentor who has been there, done that, wrote the book, starred in the movie, then we would love to have you on board.  There's a difference between being interested in something and being committed no matter what!   So if you think you are ready and can commit to YOURSELF and your whanau, register now.
