Over 21 days, you will learn about the functions of the mind that are the body guards, how they work, why they work and best of all, HOW to retrain them to work FOR you - while you sleep!  (You can also take as long as you want!)  We've designed the programme to get access quickly to the deepest parts of your mind, retrain it and get you moving as quickly and as gently as possible with permanent results!

How Huringa te Huringa (HTH) works

You will receive a lifetime access link to the 21-days of videos.  You can watch these as many times as you like, whenever you like and wherever you like and access to ZOOM mentoring with Lesley Niania (Mon, Wed, Fri at 6am - there's a reason it's so early!) over the 21 day period.  (If you are registering from Australia or other international countries, we will run another zoom session at 6am YOUR time as well).  You will also have access to a private Facebook page to join with other like-minded people in the Huringa te Hinengaro community.

If you are ready to be challenged for 21 days (its only 21 days!) you want to get stuck in and DO the homework (yes there is some homework but its reflections, not assignments), if you are wanting to break the cycle of same old same old, if you want to be with people who are doing it WITH you and access to a mentor, then we would love to have you on board.
